We can band this machine to a pallet and stretch wrap it at no cost or build a crate for 300 for ltl transportation. PAC still supports spare / replacement parts for this machine. Manuals can also be purchased from them for 45. You are welcome to come inspect this machine under power at our Savage, MN facility. This industrial grade pouch sealer is intended for medical and other industrial applications where control of process parameters is critical and seal validation is required. External verification ports allow for easy verification and calibration of internal controllers for IQ/OQ processes. The Med Pac line of validatable sealers are capable of producing consistent hermetic seals in a wide range of materials. Temperature control coupled with digital seal and cool timers provides the ability to dial in settings for most any pouch or bag sealing application. Standard bi-active sealing jaws and jaw selector switch enable use with single or double-sided heat giving the versatility to seal Tyvek, heavy foils, and/or more complex materials.
