You are purchasing hardware only (no hard drives). Any software, licensing, registration etc is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We can help arrange transportation for a single machine or several truckloads of equipment. Pricing reflects the urgency to move the machines, not the quality. Transactions outside of 30 Days are not eligible for refunds. We offer refunds for items which are Not as Described or Non Functional. Items must be received back for inspection prior to refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways if the return is for a reason other than not as described or nonfunctional. Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" or with a factory sealed box must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund. Shipping For most items under 120 pounds we offer FedEx shipping. Small items will often be sent USPS. We are happy to combine items when purchased on the same day. The final shipping costs will depend on the combined weight & dimension. We can generally ship overnight or expedited with FedEx or UPS. Our daily cutoff for overnight shipping is 1:00 CST. If an item is to be shipped via freight please contact us for a shipping quote. You can also arrange your own freight. Depending on the item we will charge $50-$150 to palletize and shrink wrap your item for shipping. Crating is an additional charge. Buyer responsible for sending us a BOL prior to loading if they are arranging shipping. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges.
