Piedmont DS SUPER Duplex Style Industrial 4" Coupling We have (7) 4" couplers at the time of this listing and can combine shipping for multiple orders. Materials: Super Duplex Nominal Size: 4.0" Gasket Material: EPDM Diameter: 4" Max Pressure (PSI): 1200 psi Max Pressure (Bar): 82.7 bar Coupling Style: Style DS Super Duplex (CE4MN) Piedmont Style DS Grooved Coupling With 316 SS Hardware + SB Nuts Style DS couplings incorporate the more noble, duplex-alloy construction, which although initially more expensive, offers the superior corrosion resistance and corresponding better longevity for highly corrosive environments compared to the Style B coupling which is constructed from 316 alloy. Super Duplex are produced using a super duplex material, which offers even higher corrosion resistance than duplex, and is very similar to alloys 2507 and Zeron 100 which are commonly used for seawater piping. Made of super duplex stainless steel CE8MN alloy, our couplings are austenitic-ferritic stainless steel and highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion. Super duplex grade of stainless also offers higher strength and better mechanical properties than duplex stainless steel As an option, these couplings can be specified with CE3MN super duplex material, which offers a slightly higher Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN). Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" or with a factory sealed box must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund. Shipping For most items under 120 pounds we offer FedEx shipping. Small items will often be sent USPS. We are happy to combine items when purchased on the same day. The final shipping costs will depend on the combined weight & dimension. We can generally ship overnight or expedited with FedEx or UPS. Our daily cutoff for overnight shipping is 1:00 CST. If an item is to be shipped via freight please contact us for a shipping quote. You can also arrange your own freight. Depending on the item we will charge $50-$150 to palletize and shrink wrap your item for shipping. Crating is an additional charge. Buyer responsible for sending us a BOL prior to loading if they are arranging shipping. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges.
