It was working when removed from service. RSVP RA-2 Axial Thread Rolling Head — M8-M16, 5/16"-5/8" UNC — S/N 20499 ITEM SPECIFICS Brand: RSVP Tooling, Inc. Model/MPN: RA-2 Type: Axial Thread Rolling Head Thread Range: M8–M16 / 5/16"–5/8" UNC Shank Size: 1" Shaft: 3” Application: Right Hand, Stationary Weight: Approx. 4.2 lbs Country/Region of Manufacture: United States This is an RSVP Tooling RA-2 axial thread rolling head, built for high-production external threading on stationary applications with Right Hand threads. The RA-2 covers the 5/16"–5/8" UNC / M8–M16 range using RSVP's standard interchangeable thread roll sets (sold separately by pitch). It features RSVP's self-opening design — spring-loaded, gear-driven eccentric spindles that automatically disengage at the set thread length, with an external reset action to close the head for the next cycle. The head has a 1" straight shank and a fine adjustment collar for dialing in finished thread diameter. Thread Rolls: This head does not include thread rolls. A matched 3-roll set (sold separately by RSVP or compatible suppliers, specific to the pitch you intend to run) is required to roll threads. Condition: Used. Working when removed from service. Transactions outside of 30 Days are not eligible for refunds. We offer refunds for items which are Not as Described or Non Functional. Items must be received back for inspection prior to refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways if the return is for a reason other than not as described or nonfunctional. Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" or with a factory sealed box must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund. Shipping For most items under 120 pounds we offer FedEx shipping. Small items will often be sent USPS. We are happy to combine items when purchased on the same day. The final shipping costs will depend on the combined weight & dimension. We can generally ship overnight or expedited with FedEx or UPS. Our daily cutoff for overnight shipping is 1:00 CST. If an item is to be shipped via freight please contact us for a shipping quote. You can also arrange your own freight. Depending on the item we will charge $50-$150 to palletize and shrink wrap your item for shipping. Crating is an additional charge. Buyer responsible for sending us a BOL prior to loading if they are arranging shipping. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges.
