(Valve Concepts, Inc.), model 3100, in 316 stainless steel construction. Sale includes the item and documentation shown in the photographs. Identification Manufacturer: Cashco, Inc. / Valve Concepts, Inc., Ellsworth, KS Model: 3100 (Series Rev C) Serial Number: 202103E013475 Product Code: 31A26CA33S00000000 Manufactured: March 2021, per the included factory test certificate Function & Specifications The Model 3100 is a weight-loaded, end-of-line conservation vent used to protect atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks from overpressure and vacuum during normal tank breathing (filling, emptying, and thermal cycling). This unit is configured as follows: Connection: 2" flange, mates with ASME Class 150 RF Body and seat ring: 316 stainless steel Pallet diaphragm: FEP Weight material: stainless steel Set pressure: 2.000" W.C. Set vacuum: 2.000" W.C. Flange pressure/temperature rating: 15 PSI at -325°F to 15 PSI at 400°F Fitted with the standard vacuum protection screen Factory Testing This unit was factory tested and certified by Cashco prior to shipment. The included Set Point & Leak Test certificate (dated 3/22/2021, serial 202103E013475) verifies a set point of 2.000" W.C. on both the pressure and vacuum sides, with seat leakage of 0.5 SCFH at 75% of set point on each side — consistent with Cashco's published performance standard for this model, which meets or exceeds API Standard 2000. Condition New, unused. The unit shows no signs of installation, wear, or corrosion. The calibrated stainless weight components are shipped loose and secured on top of the housing, per Cashco's standard packaging practice for this model — these are installed into the pallet housing at commissioning, per the manufacturer's instructions. The original inlet flange protective cover and the factory test documentation are still present. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund. Shipping For most items under 120 pounds we offer FedEx shipping. Small items will often be sent USPS. We are happy to combine items when purchased on the same day. The final shipping costs will depend on the combined weight & dimension. We can generally ship overnight or expedited with FedEx or UPS. Our daily cutoff for overnight shipping is 1:00 CST. If an item is to be shipped via freight please contact us for a shipping quote. You can also arrange your own freight. Depending on the item we will charge $50-$150 to palletize and shrink wrap your item for shipping. Crating is an additional charge. Buyer responsible for sending us a BOL prior to loading if they are arranging shipping. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges.
